Who is Ziegler?

Ziegler is a privately held investment bank that specializes in the healthcare, senior living, and education sectors as well as general municipal and structured finance, which enables us to generate a positive impact on the communities we serve. Ziegler believes our platform is unparalleled in the senior living sector and is a main factor leading to us being the nation’s leading underwriter of bond financings and provider of capital to not-for-profit senior living providers, having closed 908 financings totaling over $36.7 billion over the past 15-years. Ziegler has been a supporter of MCSA for over 20 years and served Masonic organizations such as Masonic Homes of Kentucky and Masonicare.

We also provides merger and acquisition advisory services for both senior living and healthcare clients. In 1970, we formed Ziegler Financing Corporation (“ZFC”) a licensed HUD servicer to assist our clients access to low-cost federal loan programs for senior living projects
